P3C Quarantine Cookbook

Hi there,
My name is Dee Collis and I’m a 3rd class teacher in St Andrews College Junior School.
Myself and my class have been online virtual learning for the past 11 weeks and there has been plenty of chat about the ongoing news of COVID-19.
I told them one day about how a family in our school, whose parents are doctors, work on the front line have witnessed a lot of this first hand. This family are trying to raise money to buy iPads so that people who are isolating, cocooning, in ICU, care homes or nursing homes to speak to their loved ones.
My class thought we should do something to help! Hence, the P3C Quarantine Cookbook was born!
We have spent the last 4 weeks baking and cooking and taking pictures and finally the finished product is here!
The details:
€10 per cookbook
PDF form so if you could supply me with your email address (dcollis@st-andrews.ie) I can forward it onto you.
No limit to the amount you can buy!
