20 Mile Cannock Chase Walk to Support Grace Cares

On Saturday May 31st a group of friends are setting off early to hike a 20 mile figure of 8 loop in Cannock Chase to raise crucial funds and awareness for the amazing organisation that is Grace Cares!

“Clean to Care” – Equip Our Eco Cleaning Crew!

At Grace Cares, we don’t just rescue care equipment from landfill — we give it a second life, cleaned and cared for by our legendary team of volunteers.

So far, we’ve:

✅ Saved over 2,000 pieces of care equipment from landfill — including 770 through our partnership with Staffordshire County Council

✅ Helped over 1,500 people by providing affordable, reused equipment and vital community support

Now, with new racking in place and more storage capacity than ever, we’re ready to double our impact in the next 12 months.

But we need your help to do it.

Our volunteers need:

2 new Kärcher steam cleaners – to keep up with demand and maintain care-level hygiene

A supply of eco-friendly industrial cleaning products – good for the environment and safe for all

Every item saved is:

♻️ One less in landfill

One less financial burden on a struggling health and social care worker

❤️ One more older person and their family supported with dignity

Milestone 1: £350 – One steam cleaner

Milestone 2: £700 – Another steam cleaner (2 in total)

Milestone 3: £750 - A restock of the industrial eco cleaning supplies (and the 2 steam cleaners!)
