Single Mother Of 4, Unsafe Living Condition For Us

I am a single mother of 4, and need to move ASAP due to unsafe living conditions. I moved in March 23rd and paid $5,303 plus 251 renters insurance. On April 1st I payed my pro rated rent and informed the office that I believe that there was black mold in my apartment, along with many other problems. They informed me that due to Covid they were unable to help me. As the days passed in April of 2020, my children and I started experiencing migraines, chest pain, shortness of breath and fatigue. I reached out to the office many times. The owner and manager began to threaten us and cursed out my 9 year old as well as myself telling us to get the bleep out. I informed him that I wasn’t paying him another dollar and I was hiring a mold specialist to inspect my apartment. That alone cost $650. Indeed the report came back there was not only black mold, but other mold spores. I also had to pay $200 to a company to clean the bathrooms that were infested with mold. I had to spend money on bleach and a special scrubber so I could clean the mold as it comes right back within 2 days. The more I clean the paint comes off as to they basically just painted over the mold. Under the paint it’s infested with more black mold. On Friday my 13 month old was rushed in an ambulance because she choked in her sleep from the congestion. I now have appointments with a pulmonologist and an allergist. One of my twins is now suffering from a swollen lymph node in her neck. She is 9. Her older twin is suffering from chest pain, shortness of breath and migraines. Being that we moved in during Covid we have been on quarantine and have had to stay in the apartment breathing in black mold that is deadly. The landlord threatens us everyday and has posted illegal evictions twice. I unfortunately have been unemployed due to Covid and have not had any income besides my stimulus check. I have begged the owner to please return my money so I could move my family somewhere safe and healthy. He refuses to help and said that he does not care and to get the bleep out. I am terrified of the landlord and I’m worried for our health. I can not even open the windows especially at night because this building is infested with flying termites. Please help my family and I raise the money to get us out of this situation and into a home that is safe and inhabitable. The money I’m raising includes 1st last and security deposit along with mover fees and all other expenses needed to move. May God bless each one of you that help.
