For those new to Tiffany Place and the Columbia Street Waterfront: Welcome!
We are Brian Cantor and Brooke Welsch, your neighbors from 1 Tiffany Place, and we are very excited to be organizing the 9th annual Tiffany Place Block Party!
After consulting with the buildings on Tiffany Place, including 1 Tiffany, 20 Tiffany, 29 Tiffany, 42 Tiffany, 60 Tiffany and 63 Tiffany, as well as the Columbia Street Waterfront Association, we have received a great deal of support and encouragement to organize the block party again.
Last year we raised a record $6,931 that helped support the following:
- Inflatables, including the 18 ft Double Lane Whacky Slide and 2 Lane Bungee Run
- Al Gori’s Famous Homespun Merry-Go-Round
- Face Painting by the wonderful Maria from 12 pm to 3 pm
- Photo booth and party enhancements from neighbor Daniel Matos who owns Easy PZ Party Rentals
- Snacks and water
Please consider donating $40 per family to help fund the block party!
In addition to the above fun things and activities, the block party will feature:
- A free draw with prizes provided by Columbia Street resident Alex Pearl at Compass
- Tunes from 63 Tiffany's very own DjpandemicNYC
As always, we encourage you to bring your own personal flavor to the block party festivities such as pot luck, grilling, stoop sales and games.
A few other things of note:
- The 2026 Tiffany Place Block Party is being solely funded by you via this GoFundMe campaign, not any other organization or entity.
- If there are any unspent funds, we will save them for the next block party or donate them to charity. If the block party is canceled, all donations will be returned.
- There is no charge for admission, so a donation is not required to partake in the fun. EVERYONE is welcome!
- There will be no parking on Tiffany Place from 10 am to 7 pm on the day of the block party.
