I am running the 2025 Yorkshire Marathon on 19 October to raise money for the Dan Kay Foundation, which was founded in memory of my cousin, Dan who died in May 2023. The Foundation aims to tackle the stigma around mental health.

I am running to raise money for the Foundation but also in memory of Dan, who was my cousin but also my mate, both of us being big fans of Liverpool FC. He was also a Hillsborough campaigner and writer at the Echo.

I ran the 2017 London Marathon and have run quite a few half-marathons and 10Ks since then. This will be my second full marathon. I am excited to give it another go and hopefully match or beat my previous time.
