The Stratford Youth Centre Leadership Club will be participating in the Youth Centre Annual Walkathon. 4 teams will be competing to see who can walk more Kilometers over a 24 hour period. Each team must have one member walking at all times.

The Leadership Club is a Youth Centre program designed to enable youth in Grades 7 - 12 to learn important leadership skills. The group will be involved with planning numerous community events and fundraisers, which will include learning skills like scheduling, budgeting, public speaking, and much more. There are 22 local youth that are participating in this program this year.

The Walkathon will be taking place on March 7 - 8, 2025 at the Stratford Town Centre on the indoor Walking Track. Teams will start walking at 8am on Friday morning and continue until 8am Saturday morning.

All donations collected will go towards Youth Centre Leadership projects, including a Leadership Trip in nthe Summer of 2025.
