Spotlight Youth Collective is a brand-new, community-driven initiative created with one simple goal: to give young people a place to shine. We’re passionate about empowering youth through the magic of theatre—where creativity, confidence, and friendships grow with every rehearsal and performance.

Our mission is to create an inclusive, non-competitive space where every young person feels they belong—whether they’re center stage, working behind the scenes, or discovering their voice for the very first time.

This fall, we’re thrilled to announce our very first production: Elf the Musical JR, coming at the end of November!

To make this dream a reality, we need your help. Your support will allow us to keep programs accessible for families, secure rehearsal and performance spaces, and provide costumes, sets, and technical resources to bring the story to life.
