As the end of the year approaches, we look at these difficult times, and we feel proud to be able to support you through your job search, navigating the complexity and messiness of an underfunded gender sector.
We are a team of volunteers, we are focused on making sure we have the resources we need to ensure the project is sustainable, and in the meanwhile: WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We are now launching our annual 2-week crowdfunding campaign before the holidays to cover at least some of our regular expenses.

- We post and curate lists of opportunities to work on gender equality and LGBTQI+ rights for current and aspiring gender professionals
- We keep our free Post a Job option for feminist organisations to find qualified and passionate gender experts
- We conduct workshops to support jobseekers start their journey into gender equality work
- We advocate to organisations for feminist and inclusive employment policies, while promoting pay transparency and simplified recruitment processes
- We keep amplifying the value of gender expertise, calling for it to be better recognised and adequately remunerated
- We provide insight on the gender equality sector
