2023 Give2YAK - Day of Giving

Tax deductible
Yu-Ai Kai's Give2YAK - Matching extended to June 30th!

The Give2YAK Annual Day-of-Giving event is Yu-Ai Kai’s largest annual fundraiser. While we call this campaign a "Day-of-Giving", donations are matched before and after the actual day of giving. After a fun day of visits from our many supporters at the Yu-Ai Kai building on May 2nd, we are very close to our matching goal! Please help us to reach the $111,000+ matching fund! Our generous Matching Sponsors are allowing us to extend the matching period through June 30, 2023. We're almost there!

Supporting all Yu-Ai Kai programs and services, this fundraiser is critical to the foundation of the organization that was started over 49 years ago. Nutrition, Social Services, Senior Day Services, socialization, fitness and essential workshops are just a few examples of the important work done at Yu-Ai Kai.

We thank our 2023 Give2YAK Matching Sponsors who make this fundraiser possible and inspire us to recognize Yu-Ai Kai's value to the community:

*****

Yu-Ai Kai celebrated its 49th Anniversary in March 2023 with our first in-person event since 2020. While all programs and services continued throughout the pandemic, many were adjusted to meet restrictions. However, we are proud and grateful to have been able to continue to serve our senior community, addressing critical needs and supporting the well-being of all our clients and friends.

Yu-Ai Kai was established in 1974 and continues to expand its services to meet the changing environment of our senior community.

Our Nutrition Program serves over 100 seniors daily including dine-in, pick-up and delivery service.

Senior Day Services program offers dependent older adults a safe and encouraging environment. Providing social interaction, stimulating and structured activities, gentle exercise, wellness activities, health screenings, and healthy nutrition.

Health and Wellness Services are ever-expanding and provide the resources for our senior community to promote healthy aging and successful independent living.
