Hello!
Super excited to announce that I have been given the opportunity to go to Thailand and partner with City Church Chicago & Empower International In November on their 2023 Mission Trip!
Empower International is a Christian organization that aids in child trafficking prevention/ rescue, humanitarian relief, church and bible school planting, and more. They have several orphanages and safe homes for children who were once victims of sex trafficking or at risk of being trafficked. Many of these children that live there have to see daily impacts of injustice and abuse. One of the main missions is to develop Christian leaders in their communities to help establish new, safe, and healthy beginnings for future generations in Thailand, Pakistan, and Myanmar.
Thailand's orphaned and abandoned children face harsh vulnerabilities and risks, such as exploitation, sex trafficking, child labor, malnutrition, poverty, and disease.

I’m feeling really blessed to be apart of such a beautiful movement where I get to be of service to the children and people of Thailand. To be able to become apart of something greater than just myself fills my heart with so much gratitude, purpose, and trust in how god has been moving in my life. I’ve had a voice in my heart for some time now to do missions and be of service to those who need it most. Not to mention how excited I am to put my 7 years of experience working in a special education program with children to use. I’ve given and received so much love these last few years from my students! But I am so honored I get to give some of that love NOW to the children of Thailand and anyone I come across on this 2023 Mission Trip.
I am looking forward to everything God has in store for the team and myself heading out there this year. I am also excited to learn and experience more to further develop as a leader, a light, and continue to be of service in this world.
