Our Guardians of Hope mission is simple but not easy: to feed, cloth, educate, impact and improve overall quality of life via financial, food provisions, educational, spiritual and season driven donations. We conduct four events each year, #1 Easter Ham Jam, #2 Back to School Prep, #3 Thanksgiving Turkey Jam, #4 Christmas Ham Jam. Guardians of Hope originated from St. Agnes

Our Lady of Fatima Mission Center. We now serve the following neighborhoods in Cleveland, OH:

The Hough neighborhood, The Glenville neighborhood, The Collinwood neighborhood, The Ohio City neighborhood and the city of Lorain Ohio. Our mantra is service: service to children; service to elderly; service to military veterans; service to the indigent; service to the homeless; service to the mentally ill; and service to the hopeless.
