2022 MSACOG JF Research Day Service Project

The Ruth Ellis Center has been a staple of the Detroit area since its founding in 1999. The center provides a wide range of services, including health and wellness, housing, skill-building workshops, and safety-net programs to LGBTQ+ youth and young adults experiencing homelessness, the child welfare or foster care system, and other barriers to wellbeing.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the center has paused the donation of clothing, food, and hygiene products. Monetary donations are therefore more important than ever.

Any donation made during the 2022 Michigan Section ACOG Junior Fellow Research Day will support this essential organization!
