DC West Community is organizing a parade through town for graduating class of 2020 at 1pm this Sunday. The parade will be followed by a virtual graduation airing each students homemade video at 4pm.

This years graduating class was born around the time of 9/11, endured the floods of 2019, and now what was supposed to be the most exciting time of their lives, has been diminished by the pandemic. 

Our community is trying to do special things to make it a memorable time for our seniors. A group of us moms and local businesses are putting together gift bags to hand out to each graduate at the end of the parade. The reason for the Go Fund Me is to raise enough cash to give each of the 70 plus graduates a monetary gift in their bag. 

Please help us put a smile on our Childrens faces and make their parade and virtual graduation day a special one.
