2,000 Miles of Hope for Eddy House
Tax deductible
Hey everyone! My name is Trevor Parker, and this summer I’m skateboarding over 2,000 miles — from the Canadian border all the way down to Mexico — to raise money and awareness for Eddy House, a life-changing organization that supports homeless and at-risk youth in my hometown of Reno, Nevada.
This journey is about more than just pushing pavement. It’s about pushing hope forward.
⸻
Why Eddy House?
Eddy House provides critical services to young people experiencing homelessness — offering shelter, counseling, education, employment support, and most of all, a safe space to rebuild their lives. As someone who’s grown up in Reno, a city my family has called home for over 120 years, I’ve seen firsthand how important their work is.
⸻
What This Journey Represents
• 2,000+ miles
• 100 days
• Dozens of cities and towns
• One mission: to inspire change and support youth in need
I’ll be camping, skating, sharing stories, and stopping at mom-and-pop pizza shops to highlight local businesses and community kindness along the way. It’s a journey of grit, purpose, and love.
⸻
How You Can Help
Your donation goes directly to supporting Eddy House’s programs that help youth find shelter, safety, and stability. Every dollar raised will contribute to real, tangible impact in the lives of young people who need it most.
Whether it’s $5 or $500, every contribution moves us forward — literally and figuratively.
