Hi, i’m Jordan and I will be fundraising by running both the Brighton (12th April) and Leeds Marathon (10th May) in support of my lovely Grandma who was recently diagnosed with dementia.

This is to give extra support to the already incredible support that she receives.

Seeing the compassion and dedication given, it has made me and all the family want to give something back to show our regards and also raise awareness for the disease and the challenges it brings.

Every donation will be much appreciated and will go along way in helping with dementia care for residents and dementia sufferers.
