This incredible woman is my mom, who has recently suffered a severe stroke. Some days, it seems like she’s making progress, but there are still setbacks that remind us how long the road to recovery ❤️‍ can be. As her only child, she has always been my rock, and now she needs my support more than ever.

Unfortunately, seeking help from our family has been a challenge. They have placed obstacles in my way during this difficult time, and, to make matters worse, they have cut us off completely after taking everything she owned without her consent, leaving me nearly homeless.
