Osteria Marzano Employee Relief Fund

Due to recent events surrounding COVID-19, we had to lay off 22 of our 26 employees. While we understand the hardship that this pandemic has caused everyone, the hospitality industry has been hit the hardest and without notice.
 
Many of you have been supporting us by ordering carryout and we are so very grateful. We wouldn't have been able to stay open for take out this past week if it weren't for our amazing community. 

My heart breaks for our front of house staff (servers, bartenders, server assistants, bar backs and hosts), because they rely on tips for income. I have done my best by offering free meals, but food won't pay their bills and support their families. 

We are asking for your help and support through these challenging times. We will distribute 100% of donations (after GoFundMe fees) using the same structure that tips are distributed in our restaurant, to ensure that each employee gets their fair share.

We appreciate your support and certainly cannot wait to serve you again. Once this is all over, we can throw a huge party and celebrate all the good and kindness in our community.
