Triad NC COVID-19 Mutual Aid

Over the next few weeks thousands of our neighbors in the Triad will be faced with layoffs, medical bills, and food insecurity. To tackle this SRAid is partnering with the Working-Class and Houseless Organizing Alliance (WHOA) and other organizations in the North Carolina Triad to bring mutual aid to our community.

The funds raised here will be used to make Sanitation Kits for the houseless populations of Greensboro, High Point, and Winston-Salem. These kits will include essential sanitation items such as hand sanitizer, masks, toiletries, and educational materials to ensure they are informed about COVID-19. They will be distributed in GSO by WHOA and in Winston-Salem and High Point by SRAid volunteers.

Any excess will be used with SRAid’s Triad Mutual Aid project which partners with organizations around the Triad to connect both volunteers and those seeking aid with the resources they need.

If you would like to request any type of aid or volunteer please visit and complete the form.

If you are also doing mutual aid in the Triad or would like your organization to partner with us please reach out via the form or emailing us directly using the contact feature here.

We protect us. We keep us safe. Solidarity!
