RCoA: Providing Support Through Craft
Donation protected
Thank you for your interest in supporting Relief Crafters of America (RCoA)! RCoA is a volunteer-run group that serves to identify groups of humans or animals in need across America and then direct our handcrafted fiber products to these groups to provide support. Each month, RCoA will focus on a theme. This theme will determine our projects for that month. There will be up to 6 (six) big projects to choose from each month, though some months will vary depending on the projects. Not only do we need your help with your beautifully crafted items, but we also need help funding shipping expenses. This GoFundMe serves to supply funding for RCoA shipping expenses, solely used for the shipping (and associated costs: e.g. boxes, packing tape) of your crafted items.
Process for use of funds: The funds in this GoFundMe account will solely be used for the shipping and associated costs of your donated items. These funds will be withdrawn by RCoA team member, Elizabeth Bates (known to you by her preferred name Corie and married name Hintergardt) into a bank account established explicitly for RCoA funds. Receipts and a record of the account are available at any time upon request. Corie will create shipping labels using this account at the request of our regional hubs (Danielle Letourneau, Kimberly Honchell, Kim Adkins, Mary Davis, Kiza Moore, Evelyn Belter, and Jessica Stearns). Labels will then be sent directly to the hub requesting. Should a hub need reimbursement for a shipping related cost, they must submit a receipt for review.
RCoA is an independent group of volunteers just looking to help out those in need. We are not affiliated with any specific organization, nor are we a 501c3 or NPO.
Thank you for supporting RCoA and we look forward to making a difference with you!
