A Loving Family Needs Help

My sister Lisa and her husband Paul are the most giving selfless people I know. Lisa has debilitating lupus and yet fights through the pain everyday to take care of my 15 yr old nephew Shane who has autism, epilepsy, adhd, sensory issues, asthma and monthly migraines w/ vomiting among other things. My brother in law Paul works his butt off full time and ot to provide for them and yet still runs around doing the food shopping when needed after working 10-12hr days and a million other things to take care of them both. He is an angel. They are seriously the greatest people you will ever meet, always smiling, always helping everyone else, hosting family dinners, holidays and birthday parties to put smiles on everyone else’s face and never ever asking for a thing in return! My nephew has been in the hospital several times throughout his short 15yrs and the 3 of them have been through so, so much. Too much. More than 1 family should have to face! Shane has had absence seizures since he was little but you would never know it, he has never had a Grand mal seizure - until today. He is in the hospital as I write this. He had a full blown seizure fell backwards off the chair and hit his head and lost consciousness. We need to get Shane a service dog to help keep him safe and alert them to when Shane will have another seizure, as well as help keep him calm and focused with his autism, adhd and sensory issues. Please, please help give what you can. Share this on your page. Pray for them. They are Catholic and very religious and always have their faith in God to get them through these difficult times and will truly appreciate the prayers more than anything! I should’ve done this a long time ago to help give them a cushion in raising my nephew with special needs but my sister always told me no absolutely not when I mentioned it. She’d say there’s always someone less fortunate that needs it more than we do. Well I don’t care I’m asking for help and wish I could do it all for them and take away my sister’s pain both physically and mentally. All I want is to see Shane be healthy and smile, like he always does! Please keep smiling Shane. Please help my nephew! Thank you.
