Hello! My name is Jia and I’m currently a freshman at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, meaning I have spent most of my money on tuition this year and I’m definitely a struggling college student hahaha. A lot of my friends are going on a volunteer, humanitarian, trip to Africa this summer and I would really love to go but do not currently have the money to travel there. We would be helping to building houses, playgrounds for the children, water fountains, bathrooms and kitchens, and educate children in English, basic sanitation, hygiene and nutrition. We would also be spending some time working at wildlife sanctuaries to help with the upkeep need to keep the animals happy and healthy. It would be an amazing learning experience for me and a way to directly reach out and help aid those in need. If your still reading I would appreciate it so much if you could help out in any way!!
