Hi, we are the Brunder family. I am Jason and married to Joana. While enjoying a Labor Day picnic, the home that we lived in started to fall apart. The chimney fell over into the house next door putting holes in both roofs. When the city inspector arrived to investigate, he deemed the home condemned causing us to have to leave immediately. We were already in process of purchasing a home for our family. However, this triggered the process to have to happen much faster than anticipated. We are need of closing costs, appliances and furniture.
