Friends and Family, it is time for our community to come together for one of our own, our dear friend and brother in blue, Tim Fish.Recently, Tim has been diagnosed with colon cancer. The news has come as a shock and comes coupled with the news that our brother will be retiring at the end of this month on July 31, 2019, just shy of 24 years of service defending the thin blue line.As many of us know first hand, cancer doesn’t attack individuals, it impacts entire families. Tim Fish and his wife Kim have been the proud parents of their two daughters Victoria and Isabella and have proudly cared for family dogs and cats throughout the years.It’s time to come together because the cancer alone is itself more than any family’s fair share to take on, but coupled with the restrictions of moving into retirement from a career of 24 years makes it even harder.The hope is to make this delivery as a combined retirement, get well, and a bittersweet farewell gift to our friend, our brother.Anything we as a community can offer will help.
