Donation protected
Vickie Darleen(Counts)Titlow - age 68, was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 19, 2019. Vickie served her community by being a 25+ year employee of the Blount County school system as well as an auxiliary member of AMVETS Post 22. She was a member at Madison Ave Baptist Church. Vickie’s most treasured thing in life was her family but she was most proud of her grandchildren. Her legacy will forever be kept alive through them. Vickie is preceded in death by her father, Shadrick Nyle Counts; Brother, Daniel B. Counts; Mother-in-Law, Bertha M. Titlow; and Brother-in-Law, Joseph B. Titlow. She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years Johnny Titlow; Sons, Johnathan(Kendra)Titlow, Matthew(Dana)Titlow, and Michael(Megan)Graves; Grandchildren, Harley, Gretchen, Ellie, Levi Cash, Peanut, Jayden, Cambrie, Alexis; Mother, Norma Counts; Sisters, Gail(Kenny)Farmer, and Kim(Delores)Williams; Niece, Shenandoah Boyd; Brother-in-Law, Clarence M.(Barbara)Titlow; and many other family and friends. A Celebration of Vickie’s life will take place at RIO Revolution Church on Friday, May 24 with receiving of friends from 6:00pm - 8:00pm followed by small service held by Rev. Clarence (CM) Titlow officiating. Instead of flowers we would like to put money towards the Grandchildren’s college fund. We are trying to setup a fund but it’s taking longer to setup than expected. We are in the process of setting up a fund for the kids after they graduate High school. To do this it takes some time going through Merril Lynch for example to accomplish.
