Save Hooker Road!!!

***Update - our bill for the attorney for the past 7 Months that Southern Oaks has accrued is now up to $10,000!  Mr Penton is just trying to string us out and drag us through the mud as typically happens with people in power with money and resources.  He has an attorney on staff basically with all of his real estate closings and the ONLY way we can combat that is for everyone every single person and community to pitch in a little bit.  Everyone pitching in a little bit equals more than 1 Penton/Person.  So please if u haven’t donated yet either individually or your HOA hasn’t  now is the time to.  Thank you!

On behalf of the Southern Oaks HOA we would like to thank everyone for their efforts so far in fighting for our community including our homes, our pets, our kids and our livelihoods. We have been successful so far defeating the developer Twice however now he is taking his fight through appeal directly to city council.
