Hello! My name is sky, I’m 18-years-old and I’m fundraising for myself and my family. A week ago, on the 28th July 2026 my nan who i was incredibly close with and lived with all my life had passed away in the room next to me. She had been sick for a while but passed unexpectedly. We found out yesterday she had passed from peritonitis.

Along with balancing my nan’s death, I am still looking after my two younger brothers, one being 5-years-old, one being newly 1-years-old. I am helping look after my grandad, aunts, uncles and cousins. I am helping Re-do the house as I live in a hoarding household. I am still trying to hunt for jobs and/or university courses and I am trying to help my mum look after my dad with terminal brain cancer and it’s getting difficult.

I don’t have any money to even buy myself a drink from the shops and i want to help pay for my nan’s funeral costs along with helping get closer to my dream. My dream is to move out and have my own individual space to breathe as well as helping my parents get out of this house into an environment where my dad could get around easier while getting a taste of living in a new house before he dies, so i have come to this as a last resort.
