Our day spa business Little Jasmine Therapies and Spa in Brighton & Hove is celebrating its 15th business anniversary with a special fundraiser for children in need in Thailand!
THE STORY :
Children in Thailand, especially migrant and refugee children, are vulnerable to physical and sexual abuse, neglect, hazardous labour and trafficking.
- 1 child in 111 dies before their 5th birthday
- 11% of children suffer from stunting due to malnutrition
- 12% of children are out of school
- 14% of girls (ages 15-19) are married
- 7% of people live in poverty
WHAT WILL WE DO :
Over the next 6 weeks will be holding a prize raffle with treatments/discounts/vouchers from all our locations. We will be visiting Thailand in April to deliver any funds raised directly to the schools and orphanages selected!
