Hi, my name is Freddie, I’m 13 and I’m taking on my biggest challenge to date, raising money for two things that mean alot to me.

In 2011 my big sister Lola was born sleeping on the 15th May at 39 weeks, although I never got to meet her I have always known about her and over the years have been inspired by my mums dedication to fundraise in her memory. As a family we have raised over £40,000 for families like ours.

In May, I’ll be cycling 15 miles for 15 days in memory of my sister, Lola, who would be turning 15 this year

I’m also raising money towards a Scouts trip to Tossa de Mar, Spain in 2027 — something I’ve been dreaming about since I was 6 and first became a part of Weobley Beavers. It’s an amazing opportunity that will help me grow in confidence and experience new things whilst also combining my love of adventures and the outdoors.

I’ve always wanted to help others, and over the years I’ve raised lots of money for families who have lost their babies like us. Losing Lola changed our family forever, but as I've always grown up knowing about her it’s made me even more determined to do something positive in her memory.

The money raised will be split between:

• My Scouts trip to Spain

• The Born Sleeping Appeal at Hereford/The Baby Memorial Garden, which supports families who have lost their babies.

This will be tough, but I’m determined to keep going for Lola and for all the babies sadly taken too soon. Starting on the 1st of May and ending on the 15th of May, Lola's 15th Birthday.

It's the equivalent of cycling from Hereford to Newcastle!
