The 15 Mile Fund exists to ensure that professionals in the UK Film & TV industry never need to turn down career opportunities because of the costs associated with getting to them.

This new Fund is available to any member of Filmbase who may be thinking twice about taking up a career opportunity - such as a networking event, job interview, training course, or work experience placement - just because of the travel and/or accommodation costs involved ... no matter how senior or junior they are.

FUNDRAISING EVENT COMING THIS AUTUMN

To raise money for The 15 Mile Fund, we will be holding a RACE AROUND LONDON fundraiser this autumn.

Starting and finishing in central London, the Race is an orienteering treasure hunt challenge in which teams compete to collect as many points as possible within the time allowed.

Using only public transport, they choose their own objectives and plot a route through the capital to maximise the points scored from a list of challenges and activities.

We ask that each participant raises or donates at least £30+ .... but the more they raise, the more likely they are to succeed in the Race!
