Hello! Thank you for stopping in to check out/help out this very important GoFundMe account! I am creating this to raise $1,500 by 5/21/2025 to pay my share of a Guardian Ad Litem in a Termination of Parental Rights/Adoption case over my son Blaize. His mother passed away on 10/17/2024, and I was already depressed and not making the best decisions as an adult or father. I had an incident the same night which led to me being hospitalized for 2 months, and I am still in recovery. I am still unemployed, but I am doing all I can to find work that I can get to if I need to walk or ride a bike.

I know being this open and honest on this topic is going to deter many of you from donating to the cause, and I completely understand that. I have 2 sons, Bryson (age 12) from my marriage in my early 20s, and Blaize (age 5), who is pictured below with myself and his mother (Rest In Peace). I am required to pay child support on Bryson each month, of course, and now I am trying to at least move forward to the investigation stage of the complaint against me for Blaize. I know I am not perfect, but I am doing everything in my power to become a better role model for him and for myself as well.

I know that I shouldn’t have custody of Blaize or Bryson at this point in my life as I am in recovery from extreme head trauma and opioid addiction. I’m not fighting for a right-now fix to this situation. I’m just fighting for the opportunity to be able to file for residency and sole custody of Blaize when I straighten my life out. I personally don’t deserve anything I’ve been so blessed to retain (including my life) after the events of 10/17/2024, but my son DOES deserve to be raised by his father and reminded of how amazing of a mother he was blessed to have daily.

I will be using ANY overages or shortcomings to pay for missed child support payments and future payments on Bryson’s case. Thanks so much!!
