13.1 Miles to Fight Cancer!

My name is Erin DeCoste, I'm 20 years old from Scituate, MA and I am a Sophomore at the University of New Hampshire. This year I've decided to run my first-ever Half Marathon. I wanted this experience to be impactful, but in some way that is much larger than myself. I have chosen to raise funds in the name of a very close family friend, Jimmy McCarthy, "Uncle Jimmy" & one of my best friends, Kylie Witkus. Watching both of these amazing people fight their individual battles, I am inspired to go beyond any limits I have ever had for myself, go outside of my comfort zone, and try to achieve something bigger. All donations will go towards cancer research at The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
