Hi, my name is Karen and on Sat 23rd August I will be walking a 500m circuit track for 12hrs from 5am-5pm for my local community first responders.

This will be in conjunction with Grange Community Family Fun Day.

Tullow Community First Responders are a dedicated group of volunteers who selflessly give their time and expertise to serve their community. On call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, they provide a vital link between individuals in need and the ambulance service, ensuring timely and effective emergency care.

Operating without any government funding, their work relies entirely on the generosity of donations and grants, highlighting their commitment to supporting those in critical situations. Driven by a passion for helping others, these responders truly embody the spirit of community service, making a significant impact in the lives of many!
