At ARC their goal is to provide psychological, emotional, educational and practical support in a warm and welcoming environment to people with cancer and those who care for them. Their services are confidential, professional and caring, and are provided free of charge.

I will be doing 12 dips in the sea over December, I would appreciate your help to raise any donations to give back to this amazing charity.
