My name is Annabel Buckley McMahon and I attend Brookline High School. On Sunday, May 31rst I will be riding 119 miles to raise money for the food pantry. I was beginning to volunteer there before the pandemic and I saw what a difference it made. I was surprised to see how many children need food and whose main source of food is school meals. Because we are no longer in school, these children and families no longer have easy access to food and are relying on the Brookline food pantry. My goal is to raise enough money so that the food pantry can easily supply these families with the food they need.
