Hello everyone, during the month of August I have decided to run 112 miles to raise money which is the distance from my house to my grandads care home.

Unfortunately my great grandad was diagnosed with dementia a few years ago and is now cared for by Abbey Meadows care home in Barrow in Furness.

I have nothing but great memories of myself with my great grandad and I would like to give something back to the care home he is at to say thankyou for there hard work and so they can buy the residents things that they need or take them on days out.
