‍♂️ 10K RUN FOR CHARITY – BRISTOL

My name is Lee, and I’ll be running a 10k in Bristol to raise money for two causes close to my heart.

Charity 1: MIND

Supporting mental health in the construction industry.

Men and women in construction often suffer in silence. I work in construction myself, as does my family, and we’ve all seen people struggle. This is about raising awareness, breaking the stigma, and getting people talking.

Charity 2: East Wichel Primary School

Raising funds for much-needed external playground equipment for the local community school.
