<div>‍♂️ 10K RUN FOR CHARITY – BRISTOL
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>May 10th, 2026
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>My name is Lee, and I’ll be running a 10k in Bristol to raise money for two causes close to my heart.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Charity 1: MIND
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Supporting mental health in the construction industry.
</div>
<div>Men and women in construction often suffer in silence. I work in construction myself, as does my family, and we’ve all seen people struggle. This is about raising awareness, breaking the stigma, and getting people talking.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Charity 2: East Wichel Primary School
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Raising funds for much-needed external playground equipment for the local community school.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Donations
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>All funds raised will be split between both charities.
</div>
<div>Any donation, big or small, would be hugely appreciated.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Please donate if you can — thank you for your support.
