10k Run for the Wailing Mothers

Hey all,
My name is Natasha Rochester and I will be running 10k at the 'Great Newham Run' now if that doesnt get you to sponser me! No but seriously, I am running for a charity that is very close to my heart, 'The Wailing Mothers' #younglivesmatter.
It's the most frustrating thing to have all the passion a great group of volunteers and a stratedgy that we have tried and tested and seen results, to then be restricted due to lack of funding!
"The Wailing Mothers" meetings and community out reach benefits mothers in the community, providing the masses of inner city single parent households headed by women with practicle one to one sessions on how to look out for "tell tale" signs of gang associations withing their homes and tactics on how to create dialouge with young people. The greatest thing you can give to anyone is the tools to create change and as we know it all starts at home, we want all mothers to be empowered to reach out and help save our young people from preamture death due to gang voilence and association.
The second group we reach out to are our young people within our community, we have a uniform that we sport for the purpose of making our presence known and seen to all and we go to inner city estates and speak to any young person that will listen.
We have seen that in order to really help these young people we need more than just words, and though the love and genuine care we show goes far and deep we want to provide more, and thats where YOU come in!
Soo.. please donate unsparingly my target will provide resources for more marches, workshops, community outreach, food, and small immediate needs we come accross in our day to day conversations with our young men.
