10k for the Telford Community First Responders

Hi, I'm Cristina and I'm raising funds for the Telford First Responders. I'm planning on running 10k the day before my 30th birthday (17th September). I have never run before so it will be a big challenge for me to prepare for! I'm raising funds for the Telford CFRs as I will be joining them at the end of July.

Telford First Responders is a local charity of volunteers who are fully trained by West Midlands Ambulance Service. They provide emergency medical aid alongside an ambulance service response where a CFR can get to a patient before an ambulance or the CFR can provide assistance to the Paramedics.

They also provide CPR and defibrillator training to members of the public so that more people can step in to potentially save someone's life.

Any donation will help make an impact in helping to keep the group responding to life critical 999 calls.
