i am by no means a runner so a ten k is the closest ill get to a marathon…. ‍‍

this time last year i was oblivious to mnd and knew nothing about the disease and the heartbreak it leaves as it tears through families. now i am painfully aware of just how cruel this disease is.

my incredible daddy was diagnosed with mnd this year and while there is s lot of uncertainty surrounding his prognosis its safe to say we have been left devastated. i have been sad, angry and struggled to wrap my head around our new life. he has faced this challenge with such pride and strength that i feel i am able to do the same.

many people like myself will feel helpless watching a loved one go through one of the hardest times in their lives, i feel like raising awareness and funds for this incredible charity is the only thing i can contribute.

mnda support family's and strive for research and new trials for a disease which has no cure. their work is nothing short of amazing ⭐️
