Throughout October I am going to set myself the challenge of running 10k a day in memory of a special little boy Arlo Brown.

I will run 10k a day for 31 days a total of 310k-192.9miles .

Sami is also going to run 50miles throughout October a challenge in its self for her.

While doing this challenge I would like to raise as much money and awareness as possible for a Charity close to our hearts. The Give a Duck Foundation, this Charity is a Children’s Cancer Charity supporting Local Children being diagnosed with Cancer throughout the uk.
