10K a day, 30 Days for the NHS
Do you want to join us in making a difference? Now more than ever, we are reliant on our doctors, nurses and medical staff in our NHS hospitals.
Stuart & myself are running 10K a day for 30 days for these Heroes! We're raising money in aid of NHS Charities Together /Association of NHS Charities and every donation will help. Thank you so much in advance for your contribution to this cause, it means so much to us!
I've also set a challenge of running each & every KM under 4 minutes! Your donations will push us both along so much :)
