Hi, my name is Joe Marron, and I’m taking on the challenge of running a 100km ultra marathon to raise money for Crohn’s & Colitis UK.

This isn’t just a physical challenge — it’s something that means a lot to me personally. Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis affect hundreds of thousands of people across the UK, impacting daily life in ways many people don’t always see. From constant pain and fatigue to hospital visits and long-term treatment, it’s a condition that can be truly life-changing.

By pushing myself to complete this 100km ultra, I hope to raise awareness as well as vital funds to support research, support services, and better futures for everyone living with these conditions. Every donation, no matter how small, helps make a real difference.
