On October the 11th..

I will be running 100km within 24 hours. I will doing this to ultimately challenge my mind and body to the highest level.

But my main mission for this is to raise £2,000 for dementia UK.

Dementia UK is a charity very close to mine and my families hearts. After losing 2 family members to this terrible condition.

So any shares, donations or even speaking about it and spreading the word will mean the world to me.
