On Friday 18th April I will be undertaking a fitness challenge to raise money for LATCH, a Welsh Children’s Cancer charity.

In January this year, my childhood best friends little girl, Raye, was diagnosed with a rare form of retinoblastoma which is cancer of the eye, she is currently battling through this horrible treatment and is being cared for by LATCH.

LATCH supports children and their families in Wales affected by childhood cancer, ensuring that no family ever faces the journey alone. They provide bespoke emotional, practical, and financial support to children undergoing treatment for Cancer at the Children's Hospital for Wales that is responsive, compassionate, practical and hopeful. At any one time, they support around 140 families, with an average of 55 new children referred each year.

Friday 18th April marks 100 days since Raye’s diagnosis, so in aid of this I will be completing a 100km challenge at Exert Fitness Abercarn. From 8am will be running, biking, skiing and rowing a total distance of 100km to hopefully raise some money for this amazing charity.

There will be time slots for people to jump in and join me throughout the day at a cost of £5 which will go straight to the charity. Please message me direct if you would like to take part ‍♀️

SiHHa will also be at the event, all profits made on the day will go straight to the charity too.

Please help us raise money for this amazing charity and support Raye’s battle with this horrible disease. Come on Raye you’ve got this
