100km for Kolbe

On Friday the 24th May 2024 in Crossfit UnLaois'd , I will be doing a 100km row on an indoor rower ,this will be a mammoth under-taking and definitely my most arduous challange so far , I am doing this to raise much needed funds for Kolbe Centre Special School in Portlaoise , every little bit helps and would be so appreciated .
