100km Challenge – Running Towards Discomfort for a Cause
0% complete

I’ve never been someone who makes a big deal out of birthdays.
Instead of celebrating in the usual way, I’ve decided to challenge myself to do something difficult and meaningful.
Over Friday and Saturday, I’ll be running 100 kilometres — not because I love running, but because I don’t.
I run because it’s uncomfortable.
Because it’s hard.
Because choosing discomfort teaches discipline, resilience, and mental strength.
I believe that never running away from what’s difficult helps shape who we are. This challenge is my way of living that belief.
For every kilometre I complete, I will personally donate £2, which means £200 if I finish the full distance. On top of that, I will match every donation made by my friends, running club members, and supporters — doubling the impact of every contribution.
All funds raised will go directly to North Church Community Store, helping to pay for groceries and provide essential food for people in need in our community.
This isn’t about pace or personal records. It’s about showing up, pushing through fatigue, and using that effort to support a cause that matters.
Every donation — no matter the size — helps make this challenge more meaningful and helps create real impact.
Thank you for supporting me, motivating me through the toughest kilometres, and helping turn discomfort into something positive.
Let’s do this together ❤️
