100k in March to support Ardgowan Hospice
Hi, I'm raising money in aid of Ardgowan Hospice who helped support Jonny throughout his illness. Jonny, the one I called dad and looked up to all my life was diagnosed with terminal cancer and sadly passed away on the 26th January 2025.
Jonny fought hard and shown amazing resilience throughout, the hospice helped massively with everything and couldn’t have been any more kinder and thoughtful throughout the whole process.
I’m going to be running 100k in March to try and raise money to support this amazing hospice.
Ardgowan Hospice was established in 1981 to help enhance the lives of those with a life limiting illness and their loved ones.
The hospice cares for more than 500 individuals each year free of charge. They help to manage pain, breathlessness and can identify other ways to make life easier.
They also offer practical advice on legal and financial issues, and provide ongoing sensitive support to family, carers and friends. They work closely with GPs and district nurses and also link closely with other medical and support staff to work in partnership with them to provide the best all round care.
Every single donation will help.
