I’ve challenged myself to run 5km’s every day, for the first 100 days of 2024. I expect bad weather and leg pains to make this difficult, but look forward to testing my consistency through the hardest days.
I'm using this opportunity to raise money for The Alzheimer Society of Ireland. My grandfather (Sean O’Mahony, Fermoy) passed away on April 6th 2018 after over 10 years with the disease. This charity remains an important cause to me and my family. Every donation will help, so thank you for any and all contributions.
The Alzheimer Society is a non-profit organisation, providing support to the now 64,000 people living with dementia in Ireland. They also provide specific services for families, communities and carers, while advocating for their wider rights and needs nationally.
Thank you for reading and supporting. In memory of Grandad Sean.
