We're supporting local Girl Guides in their mission to build a new facility in the beautiful Birk Crag. Gym member Jill Morgan is leading the charge as we complete a '1000 Reps Challenge' to raise money for this wonderful cause, supporting girls & young women across Yorkshire.
Here's what it entails...
10 exercises, 100 reps each, making the ultimate full body challenge. All within a 90 minute time limit!
